Resumo
As organizações dependem de projetos para continuidade e manutenção do negócio, sendo assim, o proceso de tomada de decisão na escolha dos projetos certos se torna muito importante. Dessa forma um processo de tomada de decisão baseado em 4 módulos é proposto (1) direcionamento estratégico, (2) conceituando a complexidade, (3) coleta das iniciativas de projeto, (4) portfolio scoreboard. A aplicação numa cooperativa do agronegócio resultou principalmente em melhores resultados dos projetos e melhora de maturidade de gestão de projetos.

Abstract
Organizations depend on projects for business continuity and maintenance, so the decision-making process in choosing the right projects becomes very important. Thus, a decision-making process based on 4 modules is proposed (1) strategic direction, (2) conceptualizing complexity, (3) collection of project initiatives, (4) portfolio scoreboard. The application in an agribusiness cooperative resulted mainly in better project results and improved project management maturity.
