Revisión sistemática sobre la eficiencia de los sistemas nacionales de innovación

Systematic review on the efficiency of national innovation systems

Resumen:
Se realiza una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre la medición de la eficiencia de los Sistemas Nacionales de Innovación. Se analizaron 340 documentos extraídos de Scopus y Web of Science, seleccionando 32 para el análisis detallado. Se identificaron 167 indicadores, categorizados en 7 dimensiones. Los indicadores de entrada más utilizados son el Gasto en I+D+i, el gasto en personal y las aplicaciones de patentes. Los indicadores de salida más recurrentes son las patentes concedidas y los artículos científicos.

Abstract:
A systematic literature review on the measurement of the efficiency of National Innovation Systems is conducted. A total of 340 documents were analyzed from Scopus and Web of Science, with 32 selected for detailed analysis. A total of 167 indicators were identified, categorized into 7 dimensions. The most commonly used input indicators include R&D&i expenditure, expenditure on personnel, and patent applications. The most recurrent output indicators are granted patents and scientific articles.
