Innovación en metodologías activas para la enseñanza técnica ante los desafíos del siglo XXI: una revisión sistemática

Innovation in Active Methodologies for Technical Education Facing the Challenges of the 21st Century: A Systematic Review

Resumen
Este estudio analiza las transformaciones metodológicas en la enseñanza técnica para jóvenes mediante una revisión sistemática de 17 artículos (2019–2024). Se identifican tendencias clave como el uso de metodologías activas, tecnologías digitales y fortalecimiento docente. Estas innovaciones contribuyen a una educación técnica más inclusiva y pertinente. No obstante, persisten desafíos como la brecha tecnológica y la infraestructura limitada. Se concluye que, integradas a culturas institucionales sólidas, estas transformaciones pueden mejorar la calidad educativa y promover trayectorias profesionales sostenibles.

Abstract
This study analyzes methodological transformations in technical education for youth through a systematic review of 17 articles (2019–2024). Key trends identified include the use of active methodologies, digital technologies, and teacher development. These innovations contribute to more inclusive and relevant technical education. However, challenges such as the digital divide and limited infrastructure persist. The study concludes that, when integrated into strong institutional cultures, these transformations can enhance educational quality and support sustainable professional pathways for young people.
